This cute blue plaid skirt features two pockets on the front of the skirt with red-speckled hearts. Hearts feature white tulip-style dots. Pockets also feature a strip of red-speckled material with tulip detail, as well. The skirt also has two black buttons on the waistband on the front which hold on two suspender-style straps that criss-cross in the back. Suspender straps are blue plaid on one side and feature the red-speckled material with tulip detail on reverse side. Button on left side of dress for easy access.
